개인정보 처리방침

1 수집하는 개인정보 항목

• 필수 항목: 아이디, 이메일, 이름, 전화번호
• 자동 수집: 기기정보(OS, 앱 버전), 푸시 토큰, 접속 로그

• Required: Username, email, name, phone number
• Auto-collected: Device info (OS, app version), push notification token, access logs

2 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

• 회원관리 및 본인 확인
• 수업 예약 및 운영
• 학습 리포트 제공
• 푸시 알림 발송 (수업 알림, 결제 안내)
• 서비스 개선 및 통계 분석

Purpose: Member management and identity verification, class booking and operations, learning reports, push notifications (class reminders, payment notices), service improvement and analytics.

3 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

• 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유
• 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관
  (예: 전자상거래법 — 계약/청약 기록 5년, 대금 결제 기록 5년)

Retention period: Until membership withdrawal. Records required by applicable law are retained for the legally mandated period (e.g., transaction records for 5 years under the Electronic Commerce Act).

4 개인정보의 제3자 제공

• 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
• 법령에 의해 요구되는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

Third-party sharing: Personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

5 개인정보의 파기

• 수집 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 전자적 파일: 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제
• 출력물 등 비전자적 기록: 분쇄 또는 소각

Destruction: Personal information is promptly destroyed after the purpose of collection is fulfilled. Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery.

6 이용자의 권리

• 개인정보 열람, 수정, 삭제 요청 가능
• 앱 내 설정 > 계정 관리에서 직접 변경 가능
• 회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보 즉시 삭제 처리
• 처리 중단 및 동의 철회 요청 가능

User rights: Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal data at any time. Changes can also be made directly via Settings > Account in the app.

7 푸시 알림

• Firebase Cloud Messaging(FCM)을 통해 푸시 알림을 발송합니다.
• 기기 토큰은 수업 알림 등 서비스 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
• 앱 설정에서 알림을 해제하면 기기 토큰이 서버에서 삭제됩니다.

Push notifications: Sent via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Device tokens are used solely for service notifications. Tokens are deleted from our servers when notifications are disabled in app settings.
